Presidential search committee to meet April 1—3

The purpose of the meeting is to interview and evaluate semifinal candidates for the presidency of the University of Iowa. In accordance with Iowa Code, all interviews will be conducted in closed session and candidate identities will not be revealed. A total of 12 candidates have been invited to participate in virtual interviews.

Presidential search committee to meet March 26

The next meeting of the University of Iowa presidential search committee will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, March 26. Agenda items include discussion of the applicant pool. This will include an overview of the closed session process, and a closed session to evaluate candidates.

Hybrid, on-campus interviews for up to four finalists, including virtual open forums with the campus community, are scheduled to take place April 12—23. The schedules and logistics for finalist interviews will be established and announced in the near future.
